Northern Ibiza gets more rainfall than the south, which means pool chemistry can shift more quickly after heavy rain — pH drops, combined chlorine rises. Our team adjusts for seasonal weather patterns rather than running a fixed chemical regime all year. We also manage the additional leaf and pine needle load that comes with properties surrounded by mature trees.

Every visit includes full water testing, brushing, vacuuming, skimming, filter checks, and a WhatsApp photo report. For properties that are occupied sporadically, we maintain the pool in rental-ready condition throughout the season.
