San Carlos (Sant Carles de Peralta) is a small village in the northeast of Ibiza, famous for its whitewashed church and the legendary Anita's Bar. The surrounding countryside is some of the most beautiful on the island — almond groves, dry stone walls, and a quiet landscape that has attracted artists, hippies, and free spirits for generations. Today the area is home to a mix of long-term residents, rustic fincas converted to luxury rental properties, and coastal villas near the beaches of the east coast.

We adjust our treatment programme accordingly during levante season. Rural fincas in this area also deal with agricultural dust, insect activity, and organic debris from surrounding vegetation.
