San Juan (Sant Joan de Labritja) is the northernmost municipality of Ibiza and one of the most unspoilt. The village sits in the mountains at the centre of a largely rural landscape — pine forests, terraced fields, and scattered fincas connected by narrow lanes. This is the part of Ibiza that people come back to when they want real countryside, not party resorts. Properties here tend to be large, private, and seriously invested in their outdoor living space.
